Junior Digital Project Coordinator

Salary: £15,000-£22,000 depending on experience.

Madison is looking for a new Junior Digital Project Coordinator to join our expanding and passionate team. Madison has built from a one-man band operating out of a Brighton bedroom into a diverse team of; designers, developers, marketers and more! Madison operates out of the old Natwest Bank in Peacehaven, just outside the competitive Brighton. Building a team of experts who care about every single project, means there is a universal can-do attitude and a welcome to all challenges. The right candidate will fit this team dynamic and help us continue to develop Madison even further.

Operating out of our office in Peacehaven, East Sussex, in this role you will be working closely with our teams to support various digital projects. You’re responsibilities and skills are as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Management of some of our projects.
  • Supporting sales in managing projects in Pipedrive.
  • Maintaining communication with existing and new clients.
  • Manage some ad-hoc and continuous tasks.
  • Answering calls, dealing with queries and liaising with the team where necessary.
  • Filing documents, both digitally and physically.
  • Coordinating internal systems and help develop/improve procedures.
  • Ensuring quality control and milestones within projects are met.

Required Skills:

  • High attention to detail, extremely well organised and punctual.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite; Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient with SmartSheets or similar software.
  • Proficient with Pipedrive or experience with sales tools or project management tools.
  • Familiar with using WordPress CMS.
  • Previous experience in administrative or project management roles.
