Simon Whitney

Sales & Marketing Director

Simon is the Sales & Marketing Director. His main responsibilities are looking after the lead generation, sales, marketing, and account management here at Madison.
Simon joined the business in early 2024 to lead the Sales division, following a successful acquisition sale and five-year tenure at Cloud, Voice & Data – a telecoms company he co-founded in 2019.

Simon has brought into the business a revamped customer experience model, with quarterly customer account reviews, annual NPS scores, ‘as a service’ style services with an aim to build the businesses in a sustainable fashion with growing monthly revenue whilst providing for our clients a more multi service offering and improved customer experience.

Simon is passionate about tech, sustainability and passionate about community.
