Matt Chambers, CEO and founder of Madison Solutions, tells us about his experience with the Brighton Summit.

Madison’s background

Madison Web Solutions started six years ago in a small flat in Brighton, since then we have taken on almost a dozen employees with a variety of skills, we are continually growing and developing as a business, currently operating out of Peacehaven.

The Brighton Summit has been a contributing factor to the success of Madison and we look forward to going, once again, to hear the keynote speakers, take part in the workshops and catch up with the community on October 14th 2016.

Here are some of the reasons why we’re going back to the Brighton Summit and why we should see you there too.

Learning from speakers

At Madison we believe the proof is in the pudding and, when we see someone who has truly been successful, we pay attention! The keynote speakers for this year are prime examples of this; Marc Koska, the inventor of the K1 syringe, and a man who has proven that he knows what he is talking about. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to hear what he and the other keynote speakers have to say.

“One thing is certain in business. You and everyone around you will make mistakes.”
Richard Branson

This Richard Branson quote is too true, and we can all learn so much from making mistakes, so why not learn from those who have been making mistakes longer than you or I, and turned them into success. There is a great line-up of high quality speakers for this year’s event, with a variety of subjects being covered.

Meeting other businesses

Absolutely everyone is welcome so you can potentially meet a lot of different people who you wouldn’t ordinarily get to talk to. Simply look at the list of supporters and you’ll see the great variety of businesses backing the Brighton Summit.

With workshops in the morning, panels in the afternoon and keynote speakers all throughout the day, there are plenty of opportunities for you to get to know other businesses and get involved with the local business community. And of course, having snacks and cakes available doesn’t hurt either!

The workshops and panels

The workshops and panels at the Brighton Summit give businesses the opportunity to learn techniques and theories that they can practically apply for themselves. The workshops and panels are great resources of experience and knowledge that has been tried and tested in the Brighton area, offering you the chance to improve your business and yourself in the process.

The workshop sessions that we have attended in previous years have given us an insight into our own business that we hadn’t considered before, this has helped us find ways to improve in the future. Whether you’re new to the Brighton Summit or a returning business, there is always something to be learnt by attending the workshops and new insights to discover from the panels.

With panels advising on, the “mindset of your business” and “how to make the difficult decisions”, you will certainly walk away from them feeling ready and able to handle the future of your business. With a fresh and unique understanding of your business you will be able to implement some real improvements and move confidently forward.

Discover it yourself

But don’t take our word for it, book your tickets for Brighton Summit, and find out for yourself if the proof really is in the pudding!
