Since 2014, UnderTheDoormat has teamed up with property portfolio holders and travel agents to simplify the marketing and management of online bookings, offering a streamlined service to accommodate all sorts of staycation enquiries.

Winning gold in the Feefo Trusted Service Awards for two consecutive years, the company has seen exponential growth in online traffic and, in 2019, realised they needed to take their technology to the next level.

Richard Bridger, COO of UnderTheDoormat and Hospiria, approached Madison with ideas to expand the services they offered to property portfolio holders and holiday letting agents.

Following a detailed briefing between Richard and our software engineers, we were able to turn initial ideas into a clear roadmap to prioritise the integration of Hospiria’s key features and functions.

At a single glance, clients can now confirm and manage bookings all from one friendly, intuitive panel. The platform also includes a selection of operational tools to keep everything running smoothly. Simple does it.

Other features include listings of host insurances with specialist partners, intuitive pricing management (including the handling of all payments), and full listing and expert price setting across 40+ platforms.

Hospiria needed something more than just a booking system. They needed something that could save time, save money, and save the need to work long hours fixing technology brimmed with bugs and glitches.

To maximise occupancy and rates, Hospiria’s new search function specifies available properties in a particular area with additional functions to filter price range, amenities, type of accommodation, and customer ratings.

Before any reservation is confirmed, the technology would then verify all potential guests with a built-in customised pre-check-in service.
